2027 Establishing The Originals Fund for 10th Group
Join the Green Beret Foundation as we celebrate the legacy of the Regiment and the families who carry it forward.
The Gathering
The 75th anniversary marks 75 years since the activation of the first Special Forces unit. In June 2027, the Green Beret Foundation will gather the Regiment, its families, and its supporters at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs for a weekend of remembrance and celebration, anchored by a Golf Tournament and a black-tie Regimental Ball. The 75th Anniversary Campaign carries that legacy forward by establishing The Originals Fund for 10th Group, an enduring fund that ensures every Green Beret in the Regiment’s first group has access to the full suite of GBF programs, in perpetuity.
The Fund
The centerpiece of the 75th Anniversary Campaign. A dedicated, enduring fund that provides every Green Beret in the Regiment's first group with access to the full breadth of GBF programs. Designed to grow. Designed to last.
Every dollar raised establishes a permanent endowment for 10th Group — ensuring access to GBF programs for every generation that follows.

Activated in 1952, the 10th Special Forces Group was the first of its kind, the unit from which the entire Regiment grew. Three quarters of a century later, the standard they set still defines what it means to wear the green beret.
The first to wear the green beret. The standard every Green Beret has carried since.
