The Next Ridgeline, a Green Beret Foundation program, provides current and former U.S. Army Green Berets who are transitioning the tools and resources they need to be successful.

The Green Beret Foundation’s Next Ridgeline recognizes that no two Green Berets are alike. So, in order to be effective our program goals strive to provide a self-driven individual experience. This will allow the many unique individuals that make up the Green Berets to utilize sources, networks and opportunities that best fit their requirements. By leveraging a diverse group of veteran organizations that specifically work in select areas, the Next Ridgeline will work to develop each member in the core capabilities and enhance their performance in our focus areas creating a superior individual, prepared for transition into the civilian world.

Our expected timeline is to provide transitioning Green Berets the tools to accomplish our goals and outcomes in under a year. These individuals will start the program approximately six months before they leave the military and continue using the program as they transition. However, the Next Ridgeline, to remain adaptable, will offer support to all Green Berets, including active and veteran Green Berets that transitioned out of the military in the past.
