Dave & Kev’s Totally Irreverent Redneck Golf Classic

The History: Four years ago, two local idiots with a love of beer and a love of America created what will surely go down as the most epic day of golf in recorded history. We cannot thank the San Antonio community enough for seeing our vision and stepping up to help us raise over $220,000 in net proceeds to help support our local veterans.

The Goal: To raise a ton of money to support the brave men and women that choose to put their lives on the line every day to preserve the freedom we have in this great country. And to have a great time doing it. In addition, we work to create awareness for the amazing organizations located in and around San Antonio that serve our veterans and their needs. Past years’ recipients have included the Army Fisher House at Fort Sam Houston,The Valor Club and the Special Forces Charitable Trust. This Dave and Kev are proud to announce that the Delta Kilo Foundation is partnering with the Green Beret Foundation whose mission is to answer the call of the Green Berets and their families so that they can succeed in their next mission. The Green Beret Foundation was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in San Antonio.

Tournament Format: Scramble/Best Ball. If you don’t know what it is, Google it. We don’t have time for your ignorance.

Attire: Teams must dress in themed costumes. Do it and you receive 5 strokes off your score. Don’t do it and we add 72 strokes and publicly humiliate you. Want to come dressed as The Avengers? Do it. Redneck attire? Do it. The more ridiculous, the better.
