All Tournament Sponsored or foursome paid registrations include: 18 holes of golf, shared power cart, breakfast, lunch, contests, on course food and beverage samples, putting contest, team photo, complimentary driving range, and player gift packs.

- Practice Range – 7:30 – 8:00 am
- Opening Ceremony- 8:30 am
- Call to Carts: 8:45 am
- Shotgun start: 9:15 am
- On Course service includes snacks and beverages
- Luncheon – 2:00 pm
- Format: Shot Gun Start – Scramble – Trophy Awards for Low Gross and Low Net
- Prizes for Ladies and Men’s long drive, Ladies and Men’s closest to the Pin, and
- Putting Contest.
